Report Medical Reruiter's Information

Directions for Civilian / NG / Reserve prospective applicants: After connecting with a Medical Recruiter, you need to report their contact information to Baylor/USAGPAN. This is essential in order for you and your Medical Recruiter, Baylor and the Army leadership at USAGPAN to work as a team in support of both your Active Duty Army and Baylor University applications.
